2023 BANQUET OVERVIEW

Banquet Minutes for 2023

February 25, 2023

                                              6:30 Meeting started

         

Meeting called to order by Mike Alexander, President

Opening comments from the President Mike Alexander was made.  He thanked everyone for participating in the 2022 season.  Commented on the small turnout for the meeting, only 7 members.

2022 Minutes were presented in handouts and approved by Herzberg, seconded by McVay, Motion approved.

Treasurer’s Report were presented in handouts and approved 

        Checking balance is $4240.53

 

        For 2022 the club took in $4640.00 with expenses of $4976.86

        There were 23 members in 2022

          

Old Business

        There was no old business to discuss.

 

New Business

           

           Any comments on the general rules

                Nothing new was discussed about the general rules.

 

           Any comments on V8 rules

                Nothing new was discussed about the V8 rules.

 

           Tech committee comments

                Nothing new was discussed.                                                                              

           Sled comments

                Nothing was talked about.

       

         

 Other comments from any of the club members

        Talked about the hook fees and made a motion from McVay, seconded by Herzberg and motion passed to raise the fees $5.  Members will be $20 and Non Members will be $25.

 Talked about the sled costs and how to get more pulls scheduled.

        All members received their 2022 Plaque bars. 

        Everyone received a 2023 calendar.
