Banquet Minutes for 2019

March 2, 2019

                                              7:05 Meeting started

Meeting called to order by Mark Herzberg, President

Opening comments from the President Mark Herzberg was made.  He thanked everyone for participating in the 2018 season.

2018 Minutes were presented in handouts and approved

Treasurer’s Report were presented in handouts and approved

        Checking balance is $3770.21

        For 2018 the club took in $5585.80 with expenses of $6419.60

        Making a loss of $833.80 for the year.

        There were 26 members in 2018

Old Business

        There was no old business to discuss.

New Business

           Any comments on the general rules

                Nothing new was discussed about the general rules.

           Any comments on V8 rules

                Nothing new was discussed about the V8 rules.

           Tech committee comments

                No comments

                Mark McVay, Jeremy DeWitt, and Kevin Bruning on the committee.

           Sled comments

                Talked about any other sled options for the club and the cost.
