2020 BANQUET OVERVIEW

Banquet Minutes for 2020

February 29, 2020

                                              7:15 Meeting started

         

Meeting called to order by Travis Alexander, President

Opening comments from the President Travis Alexander was made.  He thanked everyone for participating in the 2019 season.

2019 Minutes were presented in handouts and approved

Treasurer’s Report were presented in handouts and approved

        Checking balance is $3997.31

 

        For 2019 the club took in $5514.72 with expenses of $5139.10

        There were 25 members in 2019

          

Old Business

        There was no old business to discuss.

 

New Business

           

           Any comments on the general rules

                Nothing new was discussed about the general rules.

 

           Any comments on V8 rules

                Nothing new was discussed about the V8 rules.

 

           Tech committee comments

                No comments

 

       

                                                                                          

           Sled comments

                Talked about any other sled options for the club and the cost.

       

         

 Other comments from any of the club members

        Talked about finding other clubs to pull with, to have the availability of more pulls for the season.

 Delbert McVay Puller of the Year Award

        The 2019 puller of the year went to Jeremy DeWitt

 

 Member’s awards

        All members received their 2019 Plaque bars.

        New member received his plaque 

        Everyone received a 2020 calendar.
