Welcome – Mark McVay, President

Maria, Mark, Mary handed out the gift bags with last year’s banquet
overview, treas. report, banquet agenda, belt buckle, calendar, and pictures for 2011 season.

Maria Handed out the new member plaques to the ones that showed up.

Mark announced we need to help out the hooking and flagging at the pulls.
If you are asked and are not pulling at the time you will be expected to help.

There was talk about maybe on having a pull on Sunday at Emerson in Sept. instead of the two day pull. We voted on this:
Both: 13
Saturday: 0
Sunday: 4
Both days wins so we will keep the two day pull in Sept. at Emerson

We need someone to bring at least an 8 ft. table to the pulls for Maria. She no longer has a truck to bring it.
Mark McVay said they would bring the table

We created a V-8 class
The rules were discussed and everyone will be sent the final copy of the rules
The track width will be an issue at Tabor the spectators are too close to the track incase anything would happen. Need to discuss with Tabor.

Our current webpage is non-working to update. Look into getting a new one but may be more expensive. Also may include a facebook page. We voted on this:
Yes: 5
No: 1
We will now have a new webpage and facebook Maria will let everyone know what the new webpage is.
